Prediction markets and derivatives are regulated differently in every jurisdiction, so this text must be reviewed by a lawyer qualified where arky.bet operates and where it intends to accept users before it is relied on.

This site is a preview of arky.bet. Every number on it is illustrative. You cannot open an account here, connect a wallet, deposit funds or place a trade, and nothing on the site is an offer to let you do so.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of this website ("the Site"), operated by LEGAL ENTITY NAME, registered in COUNTRY / STATE ("arky.bet", "we", "us"). By using the Site you accept them. If you do not accept them, stop using the Site.

2. What the Site is, and is not

The Site is marketing and product-preview material. It is a static page describing what arky.bet intends to offer.

The Site does not provide: an account or login; a wallet connection; custody of any asset; order entry, order routing or trade execution; deposits or withdrawals; live or delayed market data; or any brokerage, exchange, clearing or money-transmission service. The interactive market previews on the Site are illustrations of a user interface and place nothing.

3. No advice, no offer, no solicitation

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, trading, legal, tax or accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. We are not your broker, adviser or fiduciary.

Nothing on the Site is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, commodity interest, swap, derivative, event contract or digital asset, and it is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful, or where arky.bet is not authorised to make it.

4. Risk

Prediction markets, derivatives and digital-asset trading carry substantial risk, including the risk of losing your entire stake. Past or simulated performance says nothing about future results, and simulated figures like the ones on this Site are unaffected by the liquidity, slippage, fees and funding costs that apply to real positions. Whether these products are lawfully available to you depends on where you live and on your status there. That is your responsibility to determine before using any real service.

5. Eligibility

You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years old, or older where your jurisdiction requires it, and only where doing so is lawful. The Site is available for information only; availability here does not mean any arky.bet product will be offered in your jurisdiction.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: break any applicable law while using the Site; try to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it; probe, scan or test its security; interfere with its normal operation or overload it; scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others; remove or obscure any proprietary notice; or present the Site's illustrative figures to anyone else as though they were real market data.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — the text, layout, code, typography, imagery and the arky.bet name and mark — belong to arky.bet or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, adapt, republish or use its content commercially without our written permission.

Third-party components keep their own licences, including the GSAP animation library and the Anton and Outfit typefaces.

8. Third-party services and links

The Site loads files from third-party providers, as described in the Privacy Policy. Any link out takes you to a service we do not control and are not responsible for.

9. Availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We do not promise it will be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy or completeness of the content. We do not warrant that the illustrative figures shown are accurate, current or suitable for any purpose, because they are not intended to be.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, arky.bet and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or trading loss, arising out of or connected with your use of the Site — including any decision you make on the basis of anything shown on it. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Site is limited to LIABILITY CAP, e.g. USD 100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify arky.bet against any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The revised version takes effect when posted, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the revision.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of GOVERNING LAW JURISDICTION, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to COURTS / ARBITRATION FORUM. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections and any right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence.

15. General

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
